Pre-Primary Section

St. Mary’s Convent School admits students at the Pre-primary section beginning with Nursery, LKG, UKG. The age requirement would be as per the New Education Policy. (See table below)

Names may be registered in the school office or via online mode through our website. Every year, by mid-January the process of admission begins.

If selected, the following documents are to be submitted in original at the time of admission.

• Original Birth Certificate (which will be kept in school);
• 2 Passport size photos of the student
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of the student
• Photocopy of parents’ Aadhar card & copy of Birth Certificate for verification of parental detail (All particulars in all documents should match).
• Family Photograph

Admissions from classes 1 –IX

Admission to these classes will depend on the availability of seats. An admission test will be conducted for them for English and Maths.

Documents required:

• Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of the region (in original for students from class 2 and above)
• Report Sheet/card and a Character Certificate from the school last attended.
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of the student
• Photocopy of parents’ Aadhar card & copy of Birth Certificate for verification of parental detail
• 2 Passport size photos of the student
• Family Photograph

Note: At the time of admission the originals of all documents must be produced for verification. All particulars in all documents should match. No change of data will be done at a later stage.
